Leaving the apt. means one thing in NYC: inevitable $pending !

I once heard someone say it's a $100/day city and laughed. That can be true if you must take cabs everywhere and eat out three times a day. But in my hood, things like $2.50 best-i-ever-had falafel sandwiches, $1 coffees, people's indifference to what you wear and walkable everything-i-need has made my experience a little easier on the bank account debits thus far. This city is what you make of it and that can be anything you want. Exciting!
